Do I need my own instrument to start lessons?
Whilst having your own instrument is beneficial for practice at home, it's not required to begin lessons. We have instruments available during lessons, and our instructors can provide guidance on purchasing or renting suitable instruments for your level and budget.
What age groups do you teach?
We welcome students of all ages, from young children (typically 5 years and older) through to adults. Our instructors adapt their teaching methods to suit different age groups and learning styles, ensuring everyone receives appropriate instruction.
How do I know which course is right for me?
We recommend starting with an initial consultation where we discuss your musical interests, experience level, and goals. This helps us recommend the most suitable course and instructor match for your needs.
Can I change my lesson schedule if needed?
Yes, we offer flexible scheduling options. Individual lessons can be rescheduled with reasonable notice, and monthly package students have priority access to alternative time slots when changes are needed.
What happens if I need to miss a lesson?
We understand that life happens. With at least 24 hours' notice, we can reschedule your lesson to another available slot. Our monthly and term packages include flexible rescheduling policies to accommodate unexpected changes.
